"60 Minutes: Cyber Bullying." MSN Video. Web. 29 Sept. 2011. <http://video.au.msn.com>.
My real life example is 60 minutes- Cyberbullying. I think this was a very good. It was about 3 friends named Allie Destrang, Kyann Proctor, and Mel Abrue; and a 16 year old girl named Katie Lankons who haved been bullyed or are being bullyed. One reason why they are bullyed is because they are on their phones and computer a lot. Allie tells her mom about what is going on. In the beginning her mom just kind of ignores it, but when she sees it, them she try's to help. Then Allie goes to school. 15 minutes later she runs away from school because of the bullying. The people on 60 minutes ask the girls "Why don't you turn off the computer?" And there response is "Then I can't talk to friends I haven't seen in years." Then it goes on by saying from a friendly computer hacker named Tom Wood, telling students what they can do to help not get hacked on the computer. Then Allie says," Tell an adult who will listen so they can help you. If you don't then things will get worse."

My AUP
  1. Touch on Pornography, not a whole page
  2. Select some terms dealing with the law
  3. Warranties, lots of computer resources
  4. All the rights on computers, you are in charge of every thing on the computer
  5. You are monitored on everything
  6. All safety on the computer/little stuff, ex:email, chat rooms
  7. Prohibiting bullying, gambling, hackers
  8. No giving out personal information on school computers
  9. School computers are very secury, you a limit of what you download unless a teacher tells you, copyrighting bad
  10. Creating Viruses is very bad, no uploading YOUR pictures, destroying internet/data, WILL loss privileges

The students would not be allowed to do pornography. Through out the AUP, I would have terms. This terms are from the law. If you are on a computer, that means you are doing any type of research. You are in charge of everything on your computer. If you drop it, you will have to pay for a new one and not be handling a computer for awhile. If you are giving an assignment, you are supposed to do it. If you are playing games instead, your teacher will see it because you teacher is monitoring everything you do on the computer. When on the computers you need to be safe. What I mean is don't go on web sites your not supposed to be on and don't download this without a teachers permission. ALL games dealing with gambling are block on school computers. If you are chatting with friends on a school web site, you need to be careful of what you say because any body can hack into the chatting room and see if you posted a phone number, an email, and your Facebook password. Any copping righting is very bad. Don't upload your own pictures unless a teacher a proves it. Same thing with music. If you destroy the internet/data you will be in really big trouble. So if you do any bad thing, you will loss lots of privileges.
